The Valentina is Embarq’s modest 3-story plan with a proposed three bed, three bath and 2,300 square feet. Designed to have a light, stone-clad exterior and huge windows, and a walkout patio on the third floor, the Valentina makes the most of each space.

Elena

The Elena is the first of two four-story plans, with up to four beds and five bathrooms proposed. This home has over 3,600 square feet and is sure to impress with cement and cedar accents and a covered rooftop patio with a bonus room and bar on the top floor.

Amara

The four-story Amara features cedar, stone and modern dark exterior finishes with a brightly contrasting interior. With three beds and up to 5 baths, this 3,200 square foot plan has plenty of space for a fantastic master bath-closet combo, entertaining kitchen, and open living.

All exterior finishes and window placements are pre-designed in conjunction with the urban design scheme for Gray’s Station and the City of Des Moines; however, the entire interior – including wall removal or additions, finishes and layout – are customizable.
