The growing Gray’s Station neighborhood is the home to many amazing new things, one of which is LINC at Gray’s Station, a beautiful apartment community with surprising options and amenities. Studio Apartment Homes

These apartment homes combine all the areas of your home (except for the restroom, of course) into one room: the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. Making the perfect living space for minimalists and are generally more affordable than their one-plus bedroom counterparts. At LINC, these may be first-floor walkups, with private entrances from outside the building, or they may have interior entrances, being located on the second floor or higher.

1-4 Bedroom Apartment Homes

LINC also has typical apartment homes, with separate living, sleeping, and cooking/dining spaces. The one- and two-bedroom apartment homes are located all on one floor, with spacious, open-concept living/dining, and each bedroom in the one- and two-bedroom units has its very own full bathroom.

The larger three- and four-bedroom plans are generally located between two floors, with a private staircase in the home to go between floors. They also have an open living/dining area. The three-bedroom apartments homes have 2-3.5 bathrooms, and the 4-bedroom plans have 3-4.5. No matter how you look at it, the larger apartment homes have lots and lots of space, making them great for families or friends, with plenty of room to host.

Townhomes

The LINC townhomes sit separate from the apartment buildings, located just to the south. These townhomes feature three floors, with the bottom floor being reserved for a two-car garage and, in some floorplans, an extra living space. The second floor includes the primary living space, kitchen and dining, and a bedroom, and the third floor is bedrooms. The LINC townhomes have 3-4 bedrooms each, and 3-4 bathrooms as well. The townhomes are among the largest rental offerings, and who wouldn’t love to have a two-car garage of your own in downtown Des Moines?

Fitness Center

The 24-hour fitness center at LINC is open for all residents, all the time. With a squat rack, free weights, battle ropes, treadmills, ellipticals, and more, the fitness center is the perfect place to accomplish any workout goal.

Community Room

On the top floor of LINC sits a gorgeous community clubroom. This reservable space has an amazing view of Des Moines on its balcony (yes, there’s a balcony with tables and chairs), not to mention the prep space and fridge.

Swimming Pool, Pool House & Dog Park

The pool is the perfect place to cool off in the summer, with a huge pool deck and a pool house with a full kitchen and ping pong table. Just off the pool house is the dog park, because man’s best friend deserves a space to hang out with their four-legged pals as well.
